At Zoho Stores, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read this policy to understand how returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are handled.


Step 1: Raise a Return or Replacement Request

  • If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, you may raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Submit your request through our website with your order details and contact information.
  • For damaged or missing items, the issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Step 2: Review of Request

  • Please allow up to 2 working days for our team to review and validate your request.

Step 3: Product Pickup

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
  • Self-shipping is not required unless specifically instructed.

Step 4: Product Receipt & Final Action

  • Once the returned item reaches us, it will undergo a quality inspection.
  • Based on the inspection result, we will proceed with a replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability.

Replacement & Exchange Process

  • After approval, pickup will be scheduled for the item.
  • Once the product passes quality inspection, a replacement will be initiated.
  • If the original product is out of stock, you may choose:
    • full refund, or
    • An exchange for a similar product.

Exchange Delivery Timeline (TAT 3–5 Days)

  • Replacements or exchanges are dispatched within 2–3 business days after the quality check.
  • You can expect delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Returns/Replacements Not Accepted If:

  • The product is used, opened, damaged, or altered
  • Original packaging, labels, or tags are missing
  • The request is raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Damage or missing items are reported after 2 days of delivery

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Process

For Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

Refund Timelines (TAT 3–5 Days)

  • Cancelled Orders: Refund processed within 3–5 days
  • Returned Items: Refund processed within 3–5 days after pickup and successful quality check

Partial Order Returns

Eligible items from an order may be returned within 7 days, subject to the return conditions above.
